Exif data and my opinion on a better setting –
Camera Nikon: D3100
Exposure: 0.1 sec (1/10)
Aperture: f/18.0
Focal Length: 52 mm
ISO Speed: 400
Exposure Bias: +1/3 EV

When I was looking at EXIF data I realised that I could have done better. I will consider following point in my next panning shot –
1. Wider Aperture: In a panning shot we can get away with wider aperture
2. Shorter Exposure: Instead of 1/10 sec I will be trying 1/40 sec exposure, it should be long enough to give panning shot and short enough to have sharper photo. There is no fixed rule and exposure can be set based what is being portrayed.
3. ISO Speed: In a crop frame camera lower ISO is always better be it a portrait shot or landscape. I will definitely reduce the ISO to 100 instead of 400 in this shot.
4. Lens: I shot this with my 18-55mm kit lens. Next time I will try this shot on my Nikon 35mm/1.8 lens which has promised me a sharper picture well in advance ๐Ÿ™‚

Please feel free to comment on the improvements suggested as it will help me in the future photography sessions.
